Blueberry Vinaigrette

1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup fig balsamic vinegar
2 cloves crushed garlic
1TB chopped shallots
1/4 cup agave
3/4 cup olive oil

Purée mixture in a food processor. If you want a tarter taste use balsamic vinegar not made with figs or you can add a little lemon juice. Original recipe can be found in Tal Ronnen, The Conscious Cook.
